Hot End Production Technician - Full Time
Shifts: Rotating Pay: Days $22/hour Nights $24/hour
A Hot End Technician works closely with the melting process of raw materials, makes adjustments to the furnace for proper melting of materials, uses cameras and computers to precisely make the glass into the appropriate width and thickness, and monitors the cooling process of the glass before it is scored into different sizes.
Part-Time Production Technician - Weekend Nights
Pay: Nights $23/hour
Cardinal FG, a float glass manufacturer for residential windows in Portage, is looking for Weekend Nights Part-time Production Technicians who work safely, have a strong work ethic, are dependable, have a positive attitude, and work effectively in a team environment.
Cardinal FG, a team-based facility, is currently in search of candidates to work part-time hours up to 27 hours per week. Candidates can choose from either 9 or 12-hour shifts.
Full-Time Production Technician
Pay: Days $21/hour Nights $23/hour
May need to start working as a part-time employee and could transition to full-time employment pending availability and performance.
This position is responsible for unloading and packing glass for shipment to our customers.
